Nickelodeon anunció hoy los nominados superestrellas y una presentación músical única para el muy anticipado Kids’ Choice Awards US 2018. Celebrando los favoritos de los niños en el cine, televisión, música y digital, los nominados de este año incluyen: Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot, Beyoncé, Kevin Hart, Taylor Swift, Camila Cabello, Luis Fonsi, Shawn Mendes, Zendaya, Chris Pratt, Khalid, Cardi B, Selena Gomez, Millie Bobby Brown, Kendrick Lamar, Justin Bieber, Harry Styles, Chris Hemsworth, Ed Sheeran, Coco, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 y Wonder Woman,entre otros.
El canal también confirmo que las superestrellas musicales latinas Sebastián Yatra, Piso 21, Oriana, Morat, Cnco y Sofía Reyes, junto a las estrellas de internet Luisito Comunica, Pautips, Dosogas, Los Polinesios, Mario Ruiz y Mica Suárez, también han sido nominados este año.
La súper estrella de WWE, John Cena, regresa como el presentador de los Kids’ Choice Awards US 2018 el sábado, 24 de marzo a las 8pm (ET/PT), en vivo desde el “Fabulous” Forum en Inglewood, California. El show saldrá al aire en Nickelodeon Latinoamérica el martes, 27 de marzo a las 8:00pm hora local México, Colombia y Argentina.
La Estrella de Nickelodeon y sensación de las redes sociales Jojo Siwa tendrá una presentación musical especial compuesta de un popurrí de sus éxitos, rodeada por un arco iris de gran tamaño, caramelos coloridos gigantes y conos de helados inflables, donde cantará su éxito triple premiado platino “Boomerang,” que ha logrado más de 500 millones de visitas en YouTube.
Siwa comentó, "Estoy muy entusiasmada con los Kids 'Choice Awards US de este año. No sólo estaré presentando por primera vez en los KCA, sino que también estoy muy entusiasmada con mi nominación de Favorito YouTuber Musical. Traigan el slime, ¡estoy más que lista! "
Comenzando hoy, Nickelodeon lanzará una nueva ola de votación de cuatro semanas, en la que se revelarán nuevas categorías cada semana antes del show. Los niños pueden emitir sus votos en las plataformas digitales de Nickelodeon, incluyendo kca.mundonick.com, mundonick.co y en la Nick App en dispositivos iPad, iPhone, Kindle y Android, y en Twitter, usando los hashtags oficiales: #KCA + el hashtag de su nominado favorito. Además, los niños tendrán la oportunidad de influir en el show en tiempo real por primera vez a través de votos en vivo.
